Transit-Oriented

Transit Oriented Development (TOD) makes access by bike, foot, or public transportation possible, allowing residents, patrons, and shoppers to be less reliant on personal vehicles while living a more active lifestyle.
Metro Centre at Owings Mills and Symphony Center are the first TOD projects in Baltimore County and Baltimore City, respectively. Both communities offer easy access to apartments, dining, workplace, and retail. Acting in concert with the State of Maryland and its belief in the economic and environmental benefits of TOD, we integrate connectivity, mixed-use diversity, quality architecture, and urban design into our projects.
