A new 7-story apartment complex with parking will soon be coming to Metro Centre at Owings Mills.
York-based architectural design firm, CORE Design Group, is in the process of designing a new 412,000 square foot apartment complex in Owings Mills, Maryland. The complex will be built with podium style construction featuring 5 stories of wood-framed apartments over 2 stories of cast-in-place concrete parking garage.
The project is one of many being developed by Baltimore-based David S. Brown Enterprises in the Metro Centre area.
Tentatively named “The Willard”, the multi-family complex will include over 230 one- and two-bedroom apartment units ranging in size from 712 square feet to 1,306 square feet.
The complex will feature two courtyards, an outdoor pool, a club room, a two-story fitness center, and various other amenities. The parking garage will include approximately 385 spaces.
Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-2020.
