This morning, David S. Brown Enterprises hosted its second annual Metro Centre at Owings Mills Breakfast Speaker Series headlined by Spencer Levy, Senior Economic Advisor at CBRE. More than 70 commercial real estate brokers and other industry figures attended the event which was held at Eggspectation within Metro Centre.
After a networking session, Kevin Keane, VP of Commercial Leasing, and Howard Brown, Owner and Chairman, spoke on behalf of David S. Brown Enterprises and gave some background on the past and future of the Metro Centre project.
Spencer Levy then gave his feature presentation, “Capital Markets, the Global Economy and its Impact on the Commercial Real Estate Industry in 2019”. The presentation focused mainly on the geopolitical landscape, Baltimore’s evolving market strategy and the role of transit-oriented developments in the future of commercial real estate. The presentation concluded with a few questions from the audience.
