DSB Tenant Talk Newsletter – Q3 2024 Recap

Welcome to the Q3 2024 edition of the DSB Tenant Talk Newsletter!

This quarter has been packed with progress, recognition, and community engagement across David S. Brown Enterprises’ portfolio.

We’re thrilled to highlight the continued success and expansion of key tenants. Rivas Medical Weight Loss has not only grown its footprint but also opened a brand-new location, offering greater access to its health and wellness services. Meanwhile, Butler Medical Transport has expanded its operations, reinforcing its commitment to providing critical care and support to the region.

DSB also made meaningful connections through active participation in major industry and community events. Our team attended the GBCC Power Hour Lunch, connecting with local leaders and entrepreneurs, and enjoyed a day of networking and friendly competition at the NAIOP Fall Golf Outing.

We’re also proud to celebrate a major team milestone: Noah Adler and Brent Mangum from our commercial leasing division were honored in the Baltimore Business Journal’s “People on the Move” feature, recognizing their leadership and impact in shaping the commercial real estate landscape in Greater Baltimore.

As we look ahead, David S. Brown remains focused on supporting tenant growth, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing the vibrancy of our communities. Thank you for being an essential part of our journey.

Here’s to building success—together.
