DSB Tenant Talk Newsletter – Q4 2024 Recap

David S. Brown Enterprises is proud to close out 2024 with exciting growth, community celebrations, and new opportunities for tenants across our properties.

The Q4 Tenant Talk Newsletter highlights the momentum we’ve built together—from welcoming new tenants and business expansions to innovative developments on the horizon.

A standout announcement this quarter is the arrival of Dogtopia at Red Run Centre, bringing pet wellness and daycare to the heart of our community.

We’re also gearing up for the Quarry Run retail development, which promises to enhance the shopping and dining experience in Owings Mills.

This holiday season, we embraced the spirit of connection with vibrant events across our properties. The first annual Menorah Lighting at Metro Centre was a beautiful new tradition, joining our festive Tree Lighting Celebration to bring tenants and the local community together. Seasonal Food Trucks returned, adding flavor to our office parks, and we hosted networking events to support collaboration and tenant success.

Additionally, DSB Perks continues to be a valuable tool for businesses to reach new audiences, drive engagement, and build loyalty.

As we look ahead to 2025, we remain committed to creating vibrant, thriving spaces for our tenants and neighbors. Thank you for being part of our community—we’re excited to keep building with you in the year to come!

Let’s grow together.
