This past Friday, David S. Brown Enterprises was honored to receive an Award of Excellence from NAIOP for our redevelopment of the Shire Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Warehouse into the Kevin J. Manning Academic Center at Stevenson University. The project was selected as the winner in the Best Adaptive Reuse Warehouse/Office Redevelopment category.

David S. Brown Enterprises is proud to have worked with Stevenson University on this redevelopment project that not only benefits the Owings Mills community but hopefully inspires generations of students and academics for years to come.
