A New Chapter in Accessibility, Community Connection, and Economic Growth

The State of Maryland Comptroller’s Office has officially opened its new Baltimore County Branch Office at Executive Park West in Windsor Mill, a premier property owned and managed by David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony, held on November 6, 2025, marked an exciting milestone not only for the Comptroller’s Office but also for the Windsor Mill and greater Baltimore County business community.

Local and state leaders joined Comptroller Brooke E. Lierman to celebrate the occasion, including Speaker Adrienne A. Jones, Baltimore County Executive Kathy Klausmeier, Secretary Atif Chaudhry of the Maryland Department of General Services, and Robin McKinney, CEO of the CASH Campaign of Maryland.

A Commitment to Accessibility and Service

Comptroller Lierman’s remarks at the ceremony highlighted her administration’s dedication to serving Marylanders through accessibility, modernization, and local connection.

“Our Windsor Mill branch office is more convenient for our employees and our customers,” said Comptroller Lierman. “Marylanders can reach our new office on Lord Baltimore Drive by 695, other key state routes, MTA Bus routes and more. There’s ample free parking, no stairs—putting fewer barriers between Marylanders and the help that they deserve.”

The new branch, which replaces the Towson office that served Baltimore County residents for over three decades, is designed with the public in mind.

The space offers ground-floor access, free parking, proximity to major routes, and transit-friendly options, ensuring Marylanders have an easier and more comfortable experience when seeking assistance.

Building Stronger Ties to the Community

The Comptroller also emphasized how the relocation reflects a broader commitment to community revitalization and local growth.

“Our new location is also strengthening our ties to Baltimore County and to the Windsor Mill Community,” she added. “Our new branch will support nearby small businesses, contribute to local economic growth, and align with the exciting redevelopment happening just a little bit away at Security Square Mall. We’re proud to be part of this progress that will help revitalize this portion of the 695 corridor and build stronger, more connected communities where Marylanders have the resources to thrive and build a more financially stable future.”

This new branch not only enhances the accessibility of public services—it also brings new energy and visibility to Executive Park West, reinforcing Windsor Mill’s role as a growing hub for commerce, state agencies, and professional enterprises.
