David S. Brown Enterprises and its affiliates and agents (as a group, “DSB”, “David S. Brown”, “we,” or “us”) is a full-service real estate company providing high quality apartment communities, commercial shopping centers, retail, employment, and operational services to its tenants and partners.
SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Policy governs the practices of webpages for David S. Brown Enterprises, including www.davidsbrown.com, and individual employment, shopping centers, office, apartment communities, and retail/office webpages that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Sites”). This Policy is intended to cover visitors to the Sites, which may include users, residents, employees, tenants, applicants for employment, and contractors.
You may access the Sites from several different devices, such as a computer, mobile phone, laptop, tablet or other device; however, this Policy governs your use of the Sites regardless of the means of access. By using or accessing the Sites, you consent to the terms of this Policy. This Policy covers the collection and use of information from third-parties outside the Sites. Refer to the section noted “Information Collected From Other Sources” below for details.
SOCIAL MEDIA SERVICES
The Sites may provide you with the ability to register, log on to, “like,” “share,” or otherwise interact with social media services, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, or YouTube. We do not control these social media services or your profiles on these services, and we do not establish privacy settings or rules for how your information on such services will be used.

We reserve the right to amend, update, remove, or revise our Policy at any time. You are encouraged to check this Policy periodically for changes. The last updated date is posted and indicates the last time we revised this Policy. If we make any changes which are unacceptable to you, you may cease access to or use of the Sites. We may also share your personal information with service providers or contractors to perform functions on our behalf, such as, but not limited to, companies or individuals hired to communicate news, deliver promotional or employment opportunity materials via e-mail and direct mail, to process credit card payments and to assist us with sending communications and performing other marketing and support functions. These third parties may use technologies to measure the effectiveness of ads and emails and use information about your visits to the Sites for us to provide you with a better user experience on our Site.
In certain circumstances, such as if you submit a rental application to us, we may also share your Personal Information with one or more third party vendors, so that they may prepare an assessment of your creditworthiness. Any assessment of your creditworthiness may be performed by one or more third parties, not by David S. Brown Enterprises. Any third party’s use of your personal information to prepare an assessment of your creditworthiness is governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The security of your personal information is important to us. We have undertaken commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to the visitor data we retain. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, or any information provided online, and you do so at your own risk. By using the Sites, you accept all risks associated with any data transmission, including the risk that your information may be intercepted in transit and agree that we will not be liable for disclosures of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
